Somehow my roommate convinced me to do NaNoWriMo this year. I now realise that it's complete madness, since I have a big pile of work for school and other stuff I should be writing (like that half-finished chapter of Until Dawn). Still it's kinda nice since I'm finally writing out this idea I've had for a while, but at the same time I know I won't make 50,000 words until the end of the month, I simply won't have time to do that. My 4,202 words so far isn't much, but to me, that much in three days is good. But I'm still behind schedule...

I really should be studying right now. Reading "Great Expectations" for my narratology class or writing my midterm paper (narratology too), or writing my linguistics paper, or study for my translation exam this Friday. Oh well, I think I'll eat lunch and then I'll sit down with Mr. Dickens or something...
